Higher Self Awakening is a hybrid group experience that includes weekly live Zoom calls with healing and coaching, plus access to integration materials in a private member portal. You'll also be supported inside our private Telegram group chat.

No problem! Replays are uploaded within 24 hours. Not every woman attends every live call—and that’s okay. Replays are always available and many women report receiving powerful healing even from the recordings.  You’ll also have our Telegram group and integration resources to support you between sessions.  Weekly time commitment is   1-2 hours including the live call & member portal resources
