Questions to Ask in the Akashic Records
Question Guidance
Who am I talking to when I ask questions? Your high vibrational spirit guides and light being team, the guardians of your Akashic Records- your ascended masters, teachers, loved ones, galactic family of the highest vibration who guard your energetic blueprint of YOU forwards/backwards/now.
What kind of insight will they provide? Guidance & suggestions for your greatest and highest good. That said they will never “tell you/direct” you to do anything. You always have free will and choice. They just provide guidance at the highest level because again - they know your full energetic blueprint.
Can I ask yes or no questions to predict my future? The Akashic Records is an energetic blueprint that holds everything about you - forwards & backwards in time. Because the Akashic Records is an expansive record of YOU - you do not want to limit yourself with YES/NO questions. They are not ‘predictive’. Due to free will and choice - the Akashic Records is like calling up your best friend and asking for guidance and insight, but they will not tell you what to do. That is entirely up to you! There is no “right way”, but they can guide you on what will support your greatest and highest good.
In summary: Ask Open Ended Questions. And Avoid “Should I” questions because again they won’t tell you what to do.
Instead of: Should I change careers?
Ask: Is my current job/career aligned with my soul path? If not, how can I better align to my soul purpose path?
Not time dependent
There is no time in the Akashic Records.
Instead of: “when will I get a promotion?”
Ask: What is my responsibility to open up to more financial abundance at work?"
Be specific and related to you.
Don’t be vague. Don’t beat around the bush. Ask what you really want to know and be as specific as possible about what area of life or situation you want guidance in. Zero judgement. I am just a channel who will channel the message directly from your light being guide team. As it is ONLY your Records open, ask questions only about YOU. If it is in regards to another person, you can frame it as:
“What is my responsibility to support my spouse in XYZ situation?”
“What is my responsibility to support my child through this XYZ situation?”
Sample questions
This is not an all exhaustive list, but a set of ideas to help you formulate the questions you want to ask during your soul reading.
What would be the advantages or disadvantages of…. (moving, taking this new job, XYZ)...
Why am I avoiding … xyz…. and how can I face this.
What pattern, belief, habit, etc. am I ready to let go of in XYZ area of my life to support me in reaching XYZ goal?
What is my soul purpose, why did I chose to come back?
How can I tap into and connect to my intuition?
What do I need to heal in order to connect to my intuition and spirituality?
What is this XYZ Life challenge or obstacle teaching me?
How can I release feelings of shame, guilt, anger, etc. around XYZ situation or challenge?
What can I do to release the unhealthy pattern of [self-sabotage, procrastination, perfectionism, etc.]?
How can I connect to my Spirit guides more deeply?
How can I better integrate my spirituality and spiritual practices with my day-to-day life?
How can I connect to my intuition and clairs better at this stage of life?
Which talents, gifts, or abilities did I develop in past lives that are ready to be revealed to me now to support me in XYZ in my current life?
Did I know [person's name] in a past life? What was the nature of our relationship? What are we learning together in this lifetime?
What money stories or patterns have I inherited from my family or ancestors?
What am I meant to learn from this relationship with [person name]?

My session with Maria was profound, and hard to put into words. I had an idea of one limiting belief that I sensed was holding me back, but no idea where it came from. Using my body as a pendulum to reveal what a yes or no in my body is, Maria accessed my Akashic records to allow my guides to communicate with her guides to reveal the origin of this belief, and everything the guides showed her resonated with me. She explored the "truth" of certain statements, by speaking them aloud as my body answered with a yes or a no. It was so shocking to see that my subconscious was holding onto things I had no conscious knowledge of! Then she asked the guides to heal the origins of this limiting belief and we checked again.
