ABOUT MARIA

Meet Maria

Maria Serbus is a leadership mentor, consultant, speaker, and former occupational therapist with a Master's degree and over a decade of experience working with high-achieving founders, CEOs, and organizational leaders.

Her work sits at the intersection of evidence-based leadership and intuitive decision-making, blending somatic work, subconscious healing, and advanced training in intuitive development to address the leadership gaps most programs never reach.

She's not here to teach you another strategy. She's here to help you lead from the inside out.
