why Limitless?
When I looked for leadership development for myself, I kept hitting the same wall.
Some of it was too beginner level.
Some of it was too surface level. Thirty minutes of good information, and no real way to apply it. Some wasn't meeting me as an evolving leader. I didn’t need to learn how to be a good speaker. I already was. I wanted to be excellent.
And some of it was the deep end during seasons when I couldn't dive deep into an 8 week program. I love powerful work, but as leaders, we sometimes need a space to grow between the spaces of life happening, month to month.
What I wanted was a place to keep training. To stay sharp on the inner layers: the mindset, the resilience, the patterns that get sneakier the higher you go.
