Recovery is Happening

This morning is for you if:
You're a founder, leader, CEO, or entrepreneur in Rochester or SE Minnesota, or the surrounding region — and you're ready for a next level that actually means something.
You've built something. You care about what you're doing. And somewhere underneath the hustle, you know there's a more purposeful, more grounded version of the way you lead — and you haven't fully stepped into it yet.
Fear. Doubt. Imposter syndrome. These aren't signs you're not ready. These are signs you're ready to lead differently.
JOIN ME FOR FEARLESS FOUNDER & Be inspired and activated & join us for the Morning Panel featuring Rochester local leaders & founders and for the go-getters, upgrade to the VIP ticket and stay for the 2 hour workshop after to unlock HOW to actually live in your purpose, on purpose as Maria rolls out the framework, tools, and we dive in to 2 hours of transformation. Leave forever changed.
This is not a typical room...
You won't sit through twelve speakers on ten different topics and leave with a tote bag and a vague feeling of inspiration that fades by Thursday.
Fearless Founder is one focused morning — built for the founder, leader, or CEO who is done sitting on the sidelines and ready to actually do something about it.
You know your purpose is in there. You've known for a while. What gets in the way isn't capacity — it's fear. Doubt. The quiet voice that says not yet, not you, not like this.
This morning is for the person who is ready to say enough to that voice.
Come be inspired. Get the tools. Leave different.

Dr. Abby Splittstoesser is the owner of Rochester Chiropractic & Wellness, a neurologically focused family chiropractic practice dedicated to serving women, children, and growing families. A chiropractor, entrepreneur, and leader, she has spent more than a decade building a practice rooted in exceptional patient care, community, and a culture that empowers both families and her team.
RCW began in 2012 as a partnership between two classmates with a shared dream of creating a practice that allowed them to care for patients while raising families of their own. In 2022, Dr. Abby became the sole owner of the practice, stepping into a new season of leadership that challenged her to grow personally and professionally. Since then, she has expanded her team, led the construction of RCW's new purpose-built clinic, and continued growing the practice while staying true to its original mission.
Clinically, Dr. Abby specializes in pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care and is certified in the Webster Technique and the Certified by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP) program through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She is also an active member of The Pediatric Experience, where she continues advanced training alongside leading pediatric chiropractors from across the country.
Above all, Dr. Abby believes the body was designed to heal when given the opportunity. She is passionate about helping families understand the "why" behind their health, empowering them with knowledge, and creating lasting wellness that spans generations.
When she's not caring for patients or leading her team, you'll find her spending time with her husband, Tyson, and their three children, Charlotte, Oliver, and Natalie.

The Fearless Founder & Soul on Fire living isn't one event, it's a movement. For the founders ready to take the next inspired action to keep creating, building, and growing your life & business - in purpose, on purpose.
